Refresher Training
SAHCI offers a DOT Refresher Course online (for individuals who have previously attended the full DOT training). This refresher training is required every three years.
To complete the training, please do the following:
- Complete the Registration Sheet and submit the application to SAHCI by pushing the SUBMIT button at the end of the application.
- SAHCI will email you a link to the training material and test.
- Once you have completed the training, you may take the test and submit it to SAHCI. We will review and grade the test (a grade of 70% correct answers is required for completion.
- We will email you a certificate with an expiration date that is 3 years from test date.
